Multi-event athletics for kids who want to do it all. Ultimate Youth sessions at Zayed Sports City cover sprints, middle distance, jumps, hurdles, and throws — the full track and field menu. children aged 7–12 are grouped by age and ability, so every session is pitched at the right level. No one gets left behind. No one gets bored. Sessions run six days a week across Monday to Sunday (excluding Saturday). There’s also a “Just Run” stream for children who love sprints and middle distance. Coaches match children to the right session. your child builds all-round athletic skills before specialising later. Ultimate Athletics was founded in 2015 by Lisa Campbell, a national competitive athlete from the UK. The coaching team are former and current international athletes from the UK, USA, Africa, and New Zealand. They don’t just coach — they compete. your child learns from people who’ve stood on the start line themselves. Zayed Sports City is Abu Dhabi’s flagship athletics venue. your child trains on a world-class track, in a proper sporting environment. Term 2 runs January to March 2026 — 10 weeks. Session fees drop the more days your child trains, so regular attendance pays off. Words from the Provider:
