Track and field starts here. Ultimate Tots brings 4–6 year-olds onto the athletics track at Zayed Sports City for a high-energy circuit session. children rotate through running, jumping, and throwing — the three core disciplines of athletics. Multiple coaches guide each circuit, so no child stands around waiting. Sessions are fast-paced, fun, and built for little legs and big enthusiasm. This isn’t just running around. children build real athletic foundations. They learn to sprint, to jump with purpose, and to throw with technique. The circuit format keeps attention sharp and energy high. Every session is a fresh adventure. Ultimate Athletics was founded in 2015 by Lisa Campbell, a competitive athlete from the UK who lives and breathes track and field. Lisa built Ultimate Athletics to be the final destination for athletics in the UAE. The coaching team are all high-level athletes themselves — they practise what they preach. Zayed Sports City gives children access to a world-class athletics venue right here in Abu Dhabi. Term 2 runs January to March 2026 — 10 weeks of consistent training. Sessions run Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Tots can attend once, twice, or three times a week. The more they come, the better the value. Words from the Provider:
