Padel is taking Abu Dhabi by storm and ISM Sports has 3 courts ready in Khalifa City. It’s a fast-paced mix of tennis and squash played on outdoor glass courts. Most children grasp the basics within their first half hour. That’s what makes it perfect for trying something new.
ISM offers junior coaching alongside adult sessions. Your child learns proper technique from qualified coaches. Court rentals run from AED 160 for 60 minutes, AED 200 for 90 minutes, and AED 250 for 120 minutes. All equipment is available for hire so you don’t need to buy anything upfront. Just book and show up.
Courts are open weekdays from 4:30 PM to 11 PM. Fridays open at 12:30 PM. Weekends run 6 AM to midnight. That’s plenty of flexibility for busy families. Social nights and tournaments add a competitive edge when your child is ready. Ladder leagues keep things interesting for regular players.
Sam Whitaker and Jo Terry founded ISM Sports with a combined 40 years of coaching experience. They brought padel to their Abu Dhabi lineup because the sport is accessible, social, and incredibly fun. Their motto is to inspire a love of sports in the next generation. Padel fits that perfectly. Your child picks it up fast, plays with friends, and gets a proper workout without even realizing it.
