Your kid’s ready for real swimming lessons at NYU Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat Island. They’ve got the confidence. Now they need the skills. 4th Lane Swim Academy’s Learn to Swim program picks up right where Familiarization ends. Two levels guide your child from basic movement to proper technique.
Octopus is Level 1. Your child learns fundamental movement skills in the water. They can already manage a few meters unassisted. Now coaches refine how they move. Turtle is Level 2. Technique gets sharper. Strokes get cleaner. Your child builds a foundation strong enough for everything that comes next.
Two 45-minute sessions per week keep momentum going. Coaches watch every child closely. Group sizes stay manageable so nobody gets overlooked. Your child gets corrections and encouragement every single session. That’s the 4th Lane standard. It doesn’t change based on level.
Roger De Manresa co-founded 4th Lane in 2016 with Oliver Coulson. Roger’s been coaching in the Middle East since 2012. His swimmers have won over 80 medals at age group nationals across 18 countries. Some have represented their nations at Youth Olympics. That caliber of coaching filters down to every level. Your child’s Learn to Swim coach goes through 4th Lane’s mentorship program. Quality isn’t optional here. It’s the whole point.
