Swimming lessons don’t get more structured than this. Hamilton Aquatics runs an 8-level Learn to Swim pathway at GEMS American Academy in Khalifa City. Your child starts wherever they are. Beginners build water confidence from scratch. More advanced swimmers push into stroke technique and competitive foundations. Every level has a purpose and a clear next step.
Skills School covers Levels 1 through 4. That’s the foundation — floating, kicking, and introducing arms. Sessions run 30 minutes and cost AED 105 per lesson. Stroke School takes it further. Bronze builds on Skills School with proper technique. Silver extends sessions to 45 minutes at AED 110. Gold and Platinum swimmers train for a full hour at AED 115 per lesson. Each term runs approximately 21 weeks.
Hamilton Aquatics runs two terms per year across the UAE. The coaching team holds Swim England qualifications. They don’t just teach strokes — they build real water safety skills. Your child learns to read the water, not just move through it. Classes run Monday through Thursday after school and Saturday mornings. That’s five days a week of options to find the slot that fits your family.
The pool at GEMS American Academy is a proper swim facility. Khalifa City families don’t need to drive far. Sessions fill up — the timetable runs across multiple coaches with groups carefully sized. Your child gets real feedback every lesson, not just drills. Hamilton Aquatics tracks progress through the app so you see exactly how they’re developing.
