Foundation gymnastics gives your kid a proper start. Two groups make sure everyone trains at their level. Lynx welcomes children aged 3-8 into their first sessions. Cheetahs takes ages 8+ to the next challenge. Each class runs a full hour with qualified coaches. Your child learns forward rolls, cartwheels, and beam basics. Coaches focus on technique, safety, and fun equally. Sessions happen at Abu Dhabi Cricket Stadium.
