Activity overview
Elite Sports Academy runs a gymnastics session for 4-7 year-olds every Tuesday at GEMS American Academy in Khalifa City. The session runs from 17:00 to 18:00 — a solid after-school slot for young kids. It’s the perfect age to start gymnastics. Kids at 4-7 are natural movers, and Elite’s coaches channel that energy brilliantly. Sessions focus on foundational skills: balance, body awareness, coordination, and basic gymnastics movements. Everything is age-appropriate and confidence-first. Your child won’t be thrown in the deep end. Elite’s coaches build skills progressively, week by week, in a supportive group environment. Elite Sports Academy operates across multiple GEMS school campuses in Abu Dhabi. Their school-based model means kids train in familiar, trusted spaces. Paid trials are available for families who want to try before committing. Note: during Ramadan, sessions run one hour earlier than standard times.
