Kids karate that builds way more than kicks and punches. The Oriental Karate & Kobudo Club has been shaping confident, disciplined kids since 1987. That’s over 37 years of turning nervous beginners into focused, capable martial artists. More than 27,000 students have trained here. This is Abu Dhabi’s most established karate club. Classes run twice a week per student, with multiple daily slots to fit your schedule. Children start from age 5. The curriculum covers karate techniques alongside somersaults, tumbling, gymnastic stretching, and midair rolls — because Oriental knows children stay engaged when training is varied and exciting. Beginners and serious tournament trainers are both welcome. The syllabus adapts to every level. Kyoshi Ali Mohammed leads the club as Chief Examiner and Technical Director, holding an 8th Degree Black Belt in Karate and 7th Degree in Kobudo. His assistant, Renshi Yoosuf, holds a 6th Degree Black Belt in Karate. Over 35 dedicated instructors deliver classes under their supervision. Every instructor trains regularly under the Chief Instructors. These aren’t just coaches — they’re career martial artists. The UAE Karate Federation and Ministry of Youth and Sports officially recognise the club. Certificates earned here are valid in the UK, USA, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Malaysia, India, and many more countries. Your child’s achievement travels with them. The club also provides transportation for students. Tournaments and public demonstrations give children a chance to shine beyond the dojo. Words from the Provider:
