Partner Agreement
Welcome to SchoolsOut! We’re excited to help you share your activities with families across Abu Dhabi. By listing your activity on our platform, you’re joining a trusted community of parents and providers who care about helping kids learn, grow, and thrive.
To keep things simple and clear, here’s what you can expect from us — and what we ask from you.
Keeping Information Accurate
Parents rely on SchoolsOut to make confident choices. That means:
- You’re responsible for making sure all information you share (activities, schedules, prices, images, contact details) is accurate and up to date.
- If something changes — a new class time, a price update, or a venue move — please update your listing as soon as possible.
Who’s Responsible for What
You run the activities. You’re responsible for the safety, quality, and experience of your programs, as well as holding any necessary licenses, permits, or approvals.
We provide the platform. We showcase your activities to parents, but we don’t supervise, endorse, or guarantee them.
Content and Ownership
- Everything you uplad (descriptions, schedules, images, logos) remains yours.
- By listing with us, you give SchoolsOut permission to use your content on our platform, in search results, and in marketing that helps families discover you.
- We may edit text lightly for clarity, tone, or formatting — but we’ll never change the meaning of your content.
Liability
- Families book and attend your activities directly with you.
- SchoolsOut is not responsible for accidents, injuries, disputes, or other issues that happen during your activities.
- In short: you’re the expert in running safe, fun, and inspiring activities — parents trust you for that.
Our Rights
- We may remove or suspend a listing if it’s misleading, offensive, or goes against community standards.
- We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll make the latest version available on the platform.
Future Features
- Right now, listing your activities is free.
- In the future, we may offer premium features or advertising options. If we do, we’ll make sure the details are clear before you choose to opt in.
Ending the Partnership
- You can request to remove your listing at any time.
- We may also remove listings that break these terms or harm the SchoolsOut community.
Acceptance
Before you can submit an activity, you’ll need to confirm you’ve read and accepted these terms.
