Foundation gymnastics gives your kid a proper start. Two groups make sure everyone trains at their level. Lynx welcomes children aged 3-8 into their first sessions. Cheetahs takes ages 8+ to the next challenge. Each class runs a full hour with qualified coaches. Your child learns forward rolls, cartwheels, and beam basics. Coaches focus on technique, safety, and fun equally. Sessions happen at British School Al Khubairat (BSAK).
Jump Sports Academy brings 20+ professional coaches to Abu Dhabi. They’ve trained over 20,000 children across their programs. JSA’s unique curriculum builds social habits alongside skills.
